£50 Amazon Voucher – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility Criteria

   To qualify for the £50 Amazon.co.uk voucher (the “Voucher”), participants must meet all of the following conditions:

   1. Be an existing customer of Fasthosts Internet Limited as of the date of the Event.
   2. Be invited by Fasthosts to register for the Event.
   3. Hold an account with Fasthosts Internet Limited that is in good standing (i.e., not suspended, in arrears, or subject to investigation).
   4. Register and attend the Customer Focus Event on 12 June 2025 at The Forum, Gloucester, GL1 1AU ("Event").
   5. Actively participate in the Event, as determined by Fasthosts in its sole discretion, this includes but is not limited to attending the entire Event, contributing to discussions and completing feedback activities.
   6. Participants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK.
   7. Employees of Fasthosts, its affiliates, agents or anyone promotionally associated with this promotion are excluded.
   8. Participants must verify their identity and account details during the Event to confirm eligibility.

2. Voucher Issuance

   1. Vouchers will be issued to qualifying participants via email within 14 working days of the Event date.
   2. The Voucher will be sent to the registered email address on the participant’s Fasthosts customer account.
   3. One Voucher per eligible participant.
   4. Fasthosts is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unused vouchers once issued.
   5. The voucher is offered as a goodwill gesture and does not create any obligation on the part of Fasthosts beyond what is stated herein
   6. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit Fasthosts liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, Fasthosts will not be legally responsible to participants for any losses that were not foreseeable to Fasthosts or to the participant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.

3. Conditions of Use

   1. The Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards.
   2. The Voucher is subject to Amazon.co.uk terms and conditions of use, available at www.amazon.co.uk/gc-legal.

4. Verification and Disqualification

   1. Fasthosts reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and compliance with these terms.
   2. Failure to meet any eligibility or participation requirement may result in disqualification from receiving the Voucher.
   3. Fasthosts may withhold or cancel the Voucher if there is reason to suspect fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms.
   4. In the event of any dispute regarding this promotion, the decision of Fasthosts shall be final and under no circumstances shall there be any correspondence or discussion in respect of said decision.

5. Data Protection

   1. Personal data collected as part of this promotion will be processed in accordance with Fasthosts’ Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.
   2. By participating, you consent to your name and contact details being used for the purpose of issuing the Voucher and verifying eligibility.

6. Amendments and Cancellation

   1. Fasthosts reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotional offer at any time and without notice.

7. Governing Law

   1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
