If your domain is registered with us* you can use your support site to create and manage tickets to get help with your domains.
Not with Fasthosts?
If you don't currently have an account with Fasthosts, you can email us directly about general questions and complaints. We'll respond to any emails within 3 working days.
Releasing a domain
If you have purchased a domain through a reseller but are having trouble reaching them, you can follow our domain release process.
*If your domain name is shown as being on the LIVEDOMAINS tag when doing a WHOIS lookup, you can confirm that Fasthosts is the registrar for your domain.
